Service Overview
The Local Visibility Check-Up is a diagnostic review of how your business appears to potential customers online.
NicB Digital Services reviews publicly accessible information relating to your business, including relevant Google search results, Google Business Profile information, website or other online presence, reviews and trust signals, social profiles, business listings and customer contact pathways.
You will receive a personalised Local Visibility Report containing an overall visibility score, findings and recommended visibility priorities.
The Local Visibility Check-Up is currently $97 AUD per business/location.
Payment is required in full before work begins.
The Check-Up covers one business operating primarily under one business identity and one principal location or service area.
Businesses with multiple locations, brands, divisions or substantially different service areas may require additional Check-Ups or a separately agreed scope.
No additional paid work will be undertaken without your agreement.
Your completed Local Visibility Report will normally be delivered within 3 business days after:
Payment has been received; and
The information required to complete your Check-Up has been provided.
If additional information is required, the turnaround period begins once that information has been received.
If an unexpected delay occurs, NicB Digital Services will contact you as soon as reasonably practical.
You will be asked to provide basic information about your business to assist with the Check-Up.
The standard Check-Up does not require passwords or access to your business accounts.
The assessment is primarily based on information publicly available to prospective customers at the time the Check-Up is conducted.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your business.

Your personalised Local Visibility Report includes:
Overall Local Visibility Score
Scores across the five assessment areas
Positive findings and existing strengths
Significant visibility or customer-friction issues identified
Five Visibility Priorities
Practical recommendations for improvement
The Local Visibility Check-Up is a diagnostic service. It does not include implementation of the recommendations contained in your report.
Unless separately agreed, the Check-Up does not include:
Google Business Profile changes
Website changes, repairs or development
Technical SEO audits or keyword research
Competitor SEO analysis
Guaranteed search rankings
Social media management or content creation
Graphic design
Creation of online accounts or profiles
Responding to customer reviews
Contacting third-party directories
Removing or correcting duplicate listings
Paid advertising management
Ongoing monitoring
Implementation of recommendations
Extensive strategy or consulting outside the supplied report
Any additional work requires a separately agreed scope and price.
If your Check-Up identifies issues suitable for a Local Visibility Reset, NicB Digital Services may offer you the option to have eligible recommendations implemented.
If you accept and pay for an eligible Local Visibility Reset within 14 calendar days of receiving your Local Visibility Report, your full $97 Check-Up fee will be credited toward the Reset price offered to you.
The credit applies only to the business assessed, must be used within the 14-day period, is not redeemable for cash or transferable, and cannot be combined with another discount unless agreed by NicB Digital Services.
Purchasing a Check-Up does not obligate you to purchase a Reset or any other service.
Recommendations are based on observations made during your Check-Up. NicB Digital Services may recommend actions or services that it does not provide.
The purpose is to identify useful priorities for your business rather than recommend services solely because NicB Digital Services sells them.
The Local Visibility Check-Up is a point-in-time assessment.
Search results, rankings, reviews, websites, business listings, social profiles and third-party information can change at any time.
NicB Digital Services does not control Google, Meta, search engines, directories, review platforms or other third-party services and therefore cannot guarantee search rankings, increased enquiries or sales, website traffic, review performance, platform approvals or specific commercial outcomes.
Scores and recommendations represent a practical assessment using the NicB Digital Services Local Visibility Check-Up framework. They are not certification, legal or financial advice, or a guarantee of business performance.
Because each Check-Up involves personalised research and assessment, work may begin soon after payment and the required business information have been received.
Before work begins: You may request cancellation and a full refund if NicB Digital Services has not yet begun your Check-Up.
After work begins: Once research or assessment has commenced, the service is considered underway and a change-of-mind refund will not normally be available.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
If NicB Digital Services is unable to provide the purchased service, an appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Information you provide will be used to deliver your service and communicate with you about that service.
Your Local Visibility Report, business information or Check-Up findings will not be publicly used as a testimonial, case study or marketing material without separate permission.
Your completed Local Visibility Report is provided for your business's own internal use.
NicB Digital Services retains ownership of its underlying assessment framework, scoring methodology, templates, processes and other service materials.
You may use the recommendations and findings contained in your report for the operation and improvement of your own business.
NicB Digital Services may update these Service Terms from time to time.
The terms applicable to your purchase are those made available to you at the time of purchase.
